With 28 years of experience, Dr. Rebekah Redmer is an educator, innovator, and builder who turns ideas into opportunities for students, educators, and organizations. Her career has been shaped by building what comes next - from digital schools and nontraditional learning models to international programs and initiatives. Grounded in strong relationships and practical experiences, and a deep understanding of the policies and systems that shape education, she works alongside schools, systems, and organizations to strengthen what they do, explore what is possible, and move innovative ideas from possibility to practice. 
As the creator of the Redmer Continuous Growth Model for Digital Teaching, she brings specialized expertise in digital and evolving learning environments and the professional growth of educators and leaders. Her work spans professional learning, program design, implementation, and strategic leadership, with a focus on helping others build new strengths, bring ambitious ideas to life, and create meaningful impact that lasts.
